EXECUTIVE COACHING

One to one or as an Executive Team, our approach to coaching fuses empathy & listening with provocation & challenge. Coachees bring their own agenda items informed by an up-front briefing process that is all geared to behavioural change; they are then held to account by their coach through a 3 month period, always focused on outcome orientation via personal awareness & learning.

LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT

Most leaders and managers arrive in these elevated roles with little to no experience of how to lead and manage others. PCFT offers bespoke learning programmes that fuse real-world group work with one to one coaching to drive stickiness and relevance. From short form learning ‘Power Hours’TM  through to off-site retreats, all PCFT L&D is tailored to specific organisation and individual needs.

TEAM BUILDING AND BUSINESS PLANNING

We work on building high performance teams through commitment to various development programs, whilst helping management teams resolve problems and unlock growth and excellence opportunities. Applying a framework and action plan towards execution of 1-5 year business planning cycles, we use consultative questioning techniques and world-class models to create new possibilities, whilst applying real world business pragmatics. 

CULTURAL ENGINEERING

Not only does cultural engineering affect how much employees identify with an organisation, it also affects the way people and groups interact with each other, with clients, and with stakeholders. Going ‘in house’ to work alongside your management team, PCFT facilitates unique vision and values workshops. These help drive innovative ‘People & Culture’ initiatives, while building best in class practice around talent development and management.
